i.Overview
This policy describes what information FanStats ("we," "us") collects through this website and in the course of providing consulting services, and how we handle it.
ii.Information We Collect
- Inquiries. When you contact us through the inquiry form or by email, we receive the information you choose to send — typically your name, email address, platform handles, and the contents of your message.
- Engagements. If you become a client, we collect the information reasonably required to deliver the services and to invoice you, as set out in your agreement.
- Technical logs. Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) records basic technical data such as IP address and browser type for security and operational purposes.
iii.What We Don't Collect
This website sets no cookies and runs no analytics or advertising trackers.
iv.How We Use Information
We use the information we receive to respond to inquiries, provide and administer our services, maintain business records, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.
v.Sharing
Information is shared only with the service providers we use to operate — such as email, hosting, and payment processing — and only as needed, or where required by law.
vi.Retention
We keep correspondence and engagement records for as long as needed for the purposes described above or as required by law, and delete them when no longer needed.
vii.Your Rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by writing to info@fanstats.xyz. We will respond within a reasonable period.
viii.Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The current version will always be posted on this page.
