Terms of Service

i.Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of this website and any consulting services provided by FanStats ("we," "us"). By engaging our services or using this site, you agree to these Terms.

ii.Services

FanStats provides social media consulting services to independent creators and digital talent, including growth strategy, content strategy and programming, brand development, analytics and reporting, monetization strategy, promotion planning, community management, and account management. The specific scope, deliverables, and timeline of any engagement are defined in a written agreement or statement of work between FanStats and the client.

iii.Engagements & Fees

We work through custom monthly retainers and fixed-scope projects. Fees, billing schedules, and payment terms are agreed in writing before work begins. Invoices are payable according to the terms of the applicable agreement. Cancellations and refunds are handled as set out in Section iv below.

iv.Cancellations & Refunds

Monthly retainers may be cancelled at any time with written notice at least fourteen (14) days before the next billing date. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; because retainer work is delivered continuously, fees for a billing period that has already begun are non-refundable.

Fixed-scope projects. Deposits and initial payments are non-refundable once work has begun. If a project is cancelled mid-engagement, fees for completed work and milestones are non-refundable; fees prepaid for work not yet started are refunded pro rata.

Duplicate or erroneous charges are refunded in full — contact us within thirty (30) days of the charge.

To request a cancellation or refund, email info@fanstats.xyz from the email address associated with your engagement. We respond within five (5) business days, and approved refunds are returned to the original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days of approval. Where a written agreement sets out different terms, the agreement controls.

v.Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to provide timely access to the information, materials, and accounts reasonably required to deliver the services. All social media accounts remain the property and responsibility of the client, and the client is responsible for complying with the terms of service of each platform on which they operate.

vi.No Guarantee of Results

Our services are advisory and operational in nature. Audience growth, engagement, and revenue depend on many factors outside our control, and we do not guarantee any specific outcome or result.

vii.Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, deliverables produced specifically for a client under an engagement belong to that client. FanStats retains ownership of its pre-existing materials, methods, frameworks, and tools, and grants the client a license to use them as incorporated in the deliverables.

viii.Confidentiality

Each party agrees to keep the other's non-public business information confidential and to use it only for the purposes of the engagement.

ix.Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FanStats's total liability arising out of or relating to an engagement is limited to the fees paid by the client in the three (3) months preceding the claim, and neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

x.Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will always be posted on this page, and continued use of our services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
